Processing Charges:

Kill Charge - $85

Processing on hanging weight up to 999lbs - $0.90/lb

1000lbs & up $1.00/lb

Patties/cube steaks/stew meat - $0.75/lb

KCs & Filets - $5.00/half

Packaging fee - $2.50/tray

Storage fees (after 4 weeks) - $50/week
